| Position: |
Outside Sales - Mechanical Service |
| Job Location: |
Baltimore, MD or Washington, DC Offices |
| Basic Duties: |
Develop and implement strategies to maintain and expand
mechanical service sales within an assigned territory, maintain and
expand customer relationships. |
| Education Requirements: |
Bachelor’s Degree, two to five years sales experience, and/or
equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Job Requirements: |
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
• Proficiency in English
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to understand basic financial reports
• General ability to understand and explain technical and business concepts
• Knowledge and application of Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word
• Willingness to travel.
Must have experience working for a mechanical contractor within the
last five years.

| Position: |
Welder/Pipefitter/Boilermaker |
| Job Location: |
Salisbury, MD; Lorton, VA; Chesapeake, VA; Richmond, VA |
| Basic Duties: |
Installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of industrial boilers, piping and other systems using welding, pipefitting, boilermaker, rigging and other mechanical techniques. |
| Education Requirements: |
• High School diploma and/or Trade School Certificate |
| Job Requirements: |
• Minimum of 5 years welding experience with planning of pipe system layout, installation and repair according to specifications; and boiler equipment installation and repair
• Ability to work well under pressure and contribute to a positive Team environment |
| License Requirements: |
• Must be ASME certified or be able to pass R1 certification
• Valid driver’s license and a clear driving record are required. |

Installation, trouble shooting, repair and maintenance of industrial air compressors |
| Education Requirements: |
• High School diploma and/or Trade School Certificate |
| Job Requirements: |
• Minimum of 2 years experience with installation and repair of industrial air compressors and related equipment
• Ability to work well under pressure and contribute to a positive Team environment
• HVAC certification and pump experience is a plus |
